This fall is situated in Tambon Thai
Muang, along
highway no. 4, between Km. 32 - 33. Nam Tok Lampi, medium sized
falls, has three levels and exist all year round.

Ton Phrai
At
KM. 28 - 29, a seven kilometer laterite
road branches off on the left but a foot trip is still needed for
another kilometer to view the fall. This is a large sized
waterfall with cascading water all year round and a trip to see
this waterfall should be made during the dry season for travelling
convenience.

Khao Lak -
Lam Ru National Park
Declared national park in 1989,
Khao Lak - Lam Ru covers a total area of some 125 square kilometer
of Amphoe Thai Muang, Amphoe Ka Pong, Amphoe Ta Kua Pa, and Amphoe
Muang and consists of the following attractions:
Khao Lak
Taking theroute No. 4
(Thai Muang - Ta Kua Pa) for 25
kilometers from Amphoe Ta Kua Pa then turning left between KM. 56
- 57, Khao Lak Mountain with a shrine of Chao Pho Khao Lak is
situated opposite to Khao Lak Seashore renowned for its stony
beach.
Nam Tok Lam Ru
A 5 - tiered yearlong waterfall on Kradai Range, Nam Tok Lam Ru is
accessible by a branch road from the Highway No. 4090 via Amphoe
Ka Pong with a 1 - kilometer turn to the falls.

carvings from Episode of Ramayana Epic
Wat Narai
Nikayaram or Wat Khong, Tambon Le, Amphoe Kapong is believed to
have been the site of the ancient town of Takua Pa, and fine stone
carvings of the God Narayana, King Laksha and Queen Sita of the
Ramayana Epic can be seen. These are the oldest works of art found
in Phangnga and it is presumed that Kaling kharat tribal people
who once lived along the Indian Ocean coast made the carvings.
Ancient Town of Ban
Thung Tuk
It is
located in the area of Tambon Ko Kho Khao, 15 kms. from Khura Buri
District Office. There are several ruins left in the area presumed
to be the remmants of the first town constructed by ancient Indian
settlers to the region.
Mu Ko Surin National Park
Under the administration of Amphoe Khura Buri, Phangnga, Mu Ko
Surin National Park is located in the Andaman Sea and covers the
area of approximately 135 square kilometres for this five islets
archipelago. To reach the park, tourists may start from three
different point, but the most convenience and the least time taken
is from Ban Hin Lat in Amphoe Khura Buri which takes about 4 - 5
hours journey. The islands' most attractions are long, beautiful
beaches with smooth white sand, lines of perfect shallow water
coral reef, and mainland inhabitted by seagypsy. The National Park
Division, Foresty Department provides accommodations in the form
of bungalows for tourist, and reservation can be made through by
Tel. 579 - 0529, 579 - 4842. Note for the most suitable time to
visit is from December - March of each year.
Mu Ko Similan National Park
This park occupies an area of approximately 130 square
kilometres. To get to the park, one can take a boat trip from the
pier in Tambon Thap Lamu, Amphoe Takua Pa or from the pier in
Amphoe Khura Buri. The trip takes about three hours. Similan, a
small archipelago in the Andaman Sea, comprises nine islands. It
is famous for both surface and under water beautiful scenery. The
best time to make a trip for diving and angling is from late
December to mid April.
Si
Phangnga National Park
Situated in Amphoe Khura Buri, 100 kilometers to the north of
the provincial town, covers the area of about 246.08 square
kilometers. The park was established in honour of is Majesty the
King on his 60th birthday anniversary. This forested piece of land
is home to large variety of flora and fauna. Places of interest
within the park include : Nam Tok Tam
Nang, Nam Tok Ton Ton Toei, Nam Tok Ton Ton Sai, etc.
