Chatemp
White 2542
This wine is made from 100% Malaga Blanc planted on
the floating vineyards by the Gulf of Siam. The grapes
are carefully selected. The delicately pressed must
is fermented with Champagne yeast under controlled temperature.
Pale
yellow with a green tinge. On the nose it displays aromas
of watermelon and seaweed. On the palate the wine exhibits
freshly cut grass with a honey overtone, and fresh acidity.
To
be served chilled at 8°C.
Chatemp
Red 2542
Made from 90% Pok Dum Rouge and 10% Muscat grapes. This
wine is traditionally fermented using selected yeast
from Bordeaux. Maceration period is between 8 and 12
days. This
wine has a ruby robe with a garnet rim, and medium intensity.
Flagrant aromas of exotic fruits, mixed with spicy dry
herbs. On the palate it is smooth and full of red fruits.
The finish is of medium length.
To
be served chilled at 14°C.
Chatemp Rosé
2542
Made from 100% Pok Dum, this wine is fermented under
cool temperature for a period of 2-3 weeks. To preserve
its light color and freshness, the wine undergoes a
short maceration period, before being bottled after
4-6 months. The
Rosé is pink (onion skin) with an orange tinge.
On the nose it displays intense red berry fruit. The
palate offers delicate watermelon mixed with asparagus,
and some strawberry. This light-bodied wine is crisp
with fresh acidity. A pleasant style, it is easy to
drink with or with out meal at any time during the day.
It pairs extremely well with spicy Thai salads, chicken
satay, spring rolls, duck pancake, etc.
To
be served very chilled at 8°C.
