Hi Jo

My Chinese- Thai friend keeps sending me to the Wong Fook Hing Hospital. Do you know where the right hospital is?

Which is better Yan Hee Hospital or Bummebad Hospital? (not sure how it is spelt- on Soi 1)

Why does Yan Hee only seem to have female doctors and nurses? Are there no sexual discrimination laws in Thailand? Is it true Yan Hee has nurses on rollerskates with mini-skirts?

Sorry for the late reply- we had to visit Yan Hee Hospital to see about the roller skates!

Yan Hee Hospital does not have only female doctors and nurses (nor to they roll about in rollerskates, although the skirts are quite short). The hospital is famous amongst the local residents for plastic surgery and the cost is considerably cheaper to that of Bumrungrad international hospital!

Bumrungrad hospital is very well known and has a good reputation but extremely expensive....

It really does depend on what you are looking for- if it is comestic, i would suggest going to Yan Hee, if you are looking for health reasons, personally i would visit BNH hospital (Sathorn Soi Convent)or Samitivej Hospital (Sukhumvit Soi 49), both these hospitals in my opinion are the best in Bangkok!

Hello

I was in Bangkok last year and wet to the Bangkok hospital www.bangkokhospital.com/eng/ and they were great.

alsot he after care we recieved from them at the bangkok hospital in phuket town
