Ha Long Bay Boats on notice; why are they not
stopped |

Tourist
boats offering overnights on Ha Long Bay
have been given time to upgrade quality
and standards. Why are they not barred
from plying their trade until ready to
carry tourists? I mean its a World
Heritage site where a dozen foreign
tourists died in the sinking of one of
their tourist boats. Ban them for
goodness sake, unless they are ready to
go on the water. |
